When browsing libraries at WC, the header bar has "fallen down" a notch. Is everyone else seeing this or is it local?

Hmm, running the new Edge here, not seeing an issue.

Jim, need to go and browse the skin section to see it.. if you browse Windowblinds and you will see that the bar dropdown and cover the masterskin icon on it. Try this one https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/windowblinds

This is what I get.

Not seeing it here. I noticed your login but you still have ads showing. I'm using Edge.

Ok, thanks for that AlMonty, I guess you are active WC subs and I am not. Maybe that is the difference. Will pass this info on.

A week (I think that is patient) and not one word from Stardock. I have tried different computers and browsers at work and they all have this error. In addition, I can't buy anything anymore either. The Fastspring shopping cart just disappear when I click "pay". But I guess a site slowly falling apart is supposed to be just like that.

Oh well, moving on.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

This may exist for a while as the desire here is to take a look at a re-design for the WC as a whole.  Any fix would come from that, much larger, effort.

We do appreciate the report, however.

a quick glance at the browser inspector will show the source of the problem along with a solution

there is an ad element with a fixed height, which pushes the menu down

deleting or hiding the element moves the menu back in place (assuming this is where it's supposed to be, looks a bit too high now)

this explains why some users dont see the issue, their particular adblocker is removing the element by its class name ('ad')

user workaround 1: adjust adblocker settings to specifically hide that header ad element

user workaround 2: open the inspector to delete or hide the element as needed if it's in the way of something important

stardock easy fix 1: increase the header height

stardock easy fix 2: remove the ad from the header's html, is that even the right position? it looks like it will cover up the logo

stardock medium fix: maybe it's supposed to show up below the logo so the menu+content is further down? then fix the html/css, it's quite basic, give the ad an absolute position then increase the header height along with the menu's top position
